This site is owned and operated by Property Data Connection LLC doing business as USRealtyRecords.com ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.

What we collect

Information you give us. The property address you search; your first and last name, email address and billing ZIP code when you place an order; the name, email address and message you send through our contact form; your email address if you ask us to keep you updated; and a password if you create an account. Card details you enter at checkout are sent to our payment processor to complete the payment. We do not store your card number; we keep only the last four digits and the card type.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the steps you take on our site, the website or advertisement that brought you here, and a Google click identifier if you arrived from a Google ad.

Information from public records and data providers. Our reports are built from public property records and from data providers. They include details about the property you search, such as the owner of record, assessed value, tax history, and sale and mortgage records.

How we use it

• to find the property you searched and deliver your report;
• to take payment, send receipts, manage your membership and provide customer support;
• to run, secure and improve the site, including testing different versions of our pages and measuring how well our advertising works;
• to prevent fraud and investigate possible violations of our Terms of Use;
• to send you emails about your order and, if you have given us your email address, about offers and news. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time with the link in the email.

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers that help us run the site and who may use it only for that purpose: payment processors, property data providers, email delivery, analytics and advertising services, page testing, customer support and error monitoring, and our hosting provider. Your searched address is sent to our property data providers to look the property up.

We also share information when the law requires it, in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal process, to assist law enforcement or other appropriate entities that we believe in good faith are examining possible fraud or illegal activity, to establish or defend legal claims, and as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to keep your session, measure traffic and the results of our advertising, and test page designs. They include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and VWO, and Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form. Those companies may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

How long we keep it

We keep order, report and account records, contact messages and site activity for as long as we need them to provide support, handle refunds and chargebacks, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can opt out of marketing email. Write to help@usrealtyrecords.com from the email address you used with us. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to keep some information to complete an order, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. If you opt out of marketing communications, you will still receive messages about your orders and account.

Property owners. Reports show information that is already in public records. If you own a property and want to ask about, or request the removal of, information about you in a report, write to help@usrealtyrecords.com and we will review your request.

Security

We use encryption to protect information in transit and limit who can access personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Calls

Some of the telephone calls to USRealtyRecords.com or to third parties through USRealtyRecords.com may be routed through a third party telephone calling service and may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and customer service purposes. If a call is recorded between you and a third party, it will be deemed private information of both you and the third party, and may be released to either of you.

Changes to this policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on the site with a new effective date. Material changes take effect thirty (30) days after they are posted. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the site and cancel your membership before they take effect.
